Mirkazim Mirayyar oglu Huseynov was born on 16 November 1985. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit between 2001 and 2005. From 2005 to 2006, he completed his mandatory military service. Between 2008 and 2010, he completed his Master’s degree in the same field of specialization.
